Wayne Closing Day ride
We will be in Wayne(north) on Dec 15th-Tues. for the final ride of 2009.

Sorry , just saw this post(1/11/10)
Our ride was pretty good. Got rained/sleeted/snowed on; in that order. Very muddy/sloppy. Saw 3 others out playing, beside our group of 5. Rode about 50 miles. We put her to bed for another year. I miss her already........... The Wayne opens April 15th 12:01 am local time Guess it is time to go to WV; I am "jonse'n" to ride....................

Come up to Leota, MI. This Saturday, 1-16, we are having a Coat and Cans charity spaghetti dinner. 3-4 groups are going out riding. The town of Leota always makes us feel very welcome. Coffee and donuts at the trailhead for breakfast. Chili or soup for lunch and a $5 donation for Spaghetti dinner.

It’s on Saturday, January 16, 2010, at 4:00 p.m., at the Summerfield Township Hall, 9971 North Finley Lake, Harrison. Phone: 989-539-2501. Suggested donation for those of us attending is $5.00 per person. Last year we donated canned goods and warm clothing (coats, gloves, hats, etc.). Per Signman: This year Preacher Jerry indicated there is a greater need for personal items, i.e. soap, toothpaste, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent, diapers (mostly sizes 3 & 4). Basically anything that they are unable to get with their bridge cards, which is anything other than taxable food items. Although, if you have any warm clothing that you would like to donate, we all know there is always a need for those items when you live in Michigan! All donations are welcome! More information will be posted as we have more facts. Looks like we have the Hall all day long so we can use that as a warm-up station and meeting place. Coffee and the huge cinnamon rolls will be provided in the morning. Doors will be open at 8am. Great give-a-ways this year too.
