Have been to the spring one the last two years. It is a great ride with one spot you had to cross a lot of water. Some didn't make it and sucked up water, fortunately Mils Bomb and my Kawi didn't have a problem. The ones that had problems were trying to baby themselves across. Will try to post some pictures of last years ride.

We might try the fall one this year as the colours should be great at that time of the year.

This might not work, but if it does it shows dipstick (MIL) in a mudhole other waved her in, there was a bypass. The other was the water crossing it might not be as bad this year as we don't have the snow.

1: Is someone straddling a winch cable in the top picture??? Oh the pain to the boys if something happens!!!

2: How do you like the Colletts? I just think mine are GREAT!

We like the Collets their getting pretty old now as we got them in 2004 for our trip across Newfoundland. Have found the company great to deal with if we needed any replacement parts.

I'm not sure if he was straddling or not really didn't care, they were a bunch of young men waving atv's to go thru, Mil didn't see the bypass so of course buried it. By the time I got around to the other side they had started pulling her out. She did suck a bunch of mud into the clutch vent and of course the radiator so made the rest of the trip a bit difficult as running hot and clutch not running properly; not fun.

These probably are not the best picture to promote a ride as most mudholes did have a alternate route. The water though was a must unless you wanted to retrace your route. The guy in the picture got off the trail so he had to pull the plugs blow out the water, it started and he kept going until he got back to Ompah and started changing the oil.

X 2 on that. I've broken a couple of the little wire antennas and lost numerous windscreens.

Couple of years back we did a guided tour w/ Algoma Sled Tours. Sault Ste. Marie to Wa-wa? and back. We had a time making a bridge w/ blown down trees. Strap them together for one quad and rebuild it for the next one!!! Good Times.

Nasty, soft and soggy terrain. Simply sank down and stuck like glue.

I would still like to plan a trip before life ends that would take me over several hundred miles of open trails and sights in life.. Maybe one day in the next 20 years that can be planned
