Default Foreman Front CV clicking

The foreman that I am working on clicks sometimes. I know the ends are tight and nothing is broken. Only happens when you turn right. Its the left CV boot from where the noise is.. I checked the boots and they are perfect with no tears.. The CV itself is still tight.. Any other ideas
