The Kang Yang Motor Company builds a quality product more often than not. I believe they build most of the minis on the big name show floors as well.
If after looking one over, as you would any other brand, nothing seems amiss go ahead and get one. I doubt you'd be let down.

Wildcard and I did a review on the Kymco quads a while back at ATVF.
They're not quite at the same level as the major brands but they're holdin their own which is better than most newcomers.
